Eliza is a committed title professional with over 4 experience in the Florida residential property market who has acquired a strong expertise in customer service, marketing and psychology. She plays a crucial role in assisting international clients with their real estate needs when it comes to understanding the challenges faced by international buyers and sellers such as language barriers, cultural differences, as well as legal and regulatory variations between countries.
As a fellow Brazilian Eliza loves to go to the beach and travel. She speaks fluently Portuguese and she is ready to assist our clients.

Fred Costa has over 15 years of management and leadership experience. As a natural Entrepreneur he has founded startups in the past that have become successful companies.
As an excellent communicator and considered by many as a visionary and problem solver he thrives in implementing a more efficient and pro-active process as well as delivering outstanding customer service experience to his customers. Fred is a passionate soccer fan and loves to travel with his wife and spending time with his family at home!
